Wes Hudgel of Transportation Security Administration Makes Presentation to STC

Wes Hudgel of TSA presented TSA Overview and Strategic Initiatives at the Savannah Traffic Club Luncheon on September 8, 2009 at the Crosswinds Golf Club.  Paul Kennedy Catering provided the food for this luncheon. Mr. David Mihuta of Freightliner of Savannah introduced Mr. Hudgel to STC members and guests as the Acting Federal Security Director at Savannah Hilton Head International Airport in Savannah, Georgia.  Mr. Mihuta gave a brief bio of Mr. Hudgel's career accomplishments and his favorite outdoor activities. Mr. Hudgel discussed TSA's mode of operation and activities.  He stated that his division is responsible for nine commercial airports in the Southeast. After his presentation, Mr. Hudgel opened the floor for questions from the audience. At the conclusion of Mr. Hudgel's presentation, Bob Pettigrew, STC President, presented Mr. Hudgel with a certificate of appreciation from the Savannah Traffic Club.
