Dear STC Members and Friends, As we approach the halfway mark of the year, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make our recent Scholarship Golf Tournament such a success. With the incredible support of our members and the exceptional work of Catherine Evans at Creek to Coast Events, the day was not only a great time on the course—but a meaningful one, too. We were proud to award scholarships to six outstanding students from Georgia Southern University's Logistics and Transportation Program. It was an honor to have them join us in person to receive their scholarship checks. We wish them the very best as they continue their academic journeys and take their next steps into the industry. A sincere thanks as well to Congressman Buddy Carter for joining us as the featured speaker at our June Lunch and Learn. We’re grateful for his time, insight, and continued support of our region’s logistics and transportation community. While the STC Board takes a brief break in July, rest assured that plans are already in motion for an exciting lineup of events ahead. Finally, I’d like to recognize and thank the entire STC Board—a passionate, dedicated group of industry professionals that works tirelessly to create value for our members, raise scholarship funds, and elevate the experience for all who are part of the Savannah Traffic Club.
