the ordering of materials, permits and inspections, utilities, scheduling of sub-contractors and scheduling of volunteers.

• Achieved goal of the project management for building 25 homes a year.

• Managed warehouse inventory and equipment repair and upkeep.

• Supervised maintenance and upkeep of warehouse, offices, and rental units.

• Worked with volunteer steering committees to update construction practices, future site plan and development, and house plans redevelopment.

• Oversaw three planned communities and managed HOA operations of those communities during the build out process.
