 Customer Account Manager

Reports to: Department Head of Customer Account Management

Primary Job Responsibilities:

 Analyze contractual commitments and customer specifications

 Oversee program activities designed to ensure timely and effective performance of contracted services

 Problem resolution on all issues as they pertain to CLG operations, sales, administration, and transportation services to the customer

 Up sell and cross sell additional services to customers

 Research and review basic market analysis on strategic vertical markets and on current customer base

 Visit and host customer visits, including helping with travel arrangements

 Assist and give presentations to customers/potential customers

 Set up and maintain KPI’s to include activity reports, aging reports, etc.

 Develops required documentation for specific customer accounts

 Responsible for exception and change order management

 Prepare invoices and shipping documents

 Answer customer phone calls

 Any other duties that are assigned

 Follow all safety requirements

 

Job Requirements:

 High School Diploma; College Degree preferred

 Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

 Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service environment

 Ability to multi-task

 Must be proficient in the following areas: organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, analyzing information,
