Job Description:

The responsibilities for the inside sales manager will include, but not limited to, all inside sales of the company spanning all divisions and facilities.

 

Responsibilities:

The inside sales manager’s role is to respond to all solicited and unsolicited inquires through the quoting process and to follow opportunities to their close. Responding to opportunities will require the understanding of material and resources that will be needed from internal cross divisional departments.

 

It is imperative to possess strong interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively as “Sales” spans to all, customers, divisions and locations. A self-driven personality is required and keen aptitude at recognizing customer objectives in order to deliver quality service in a quick response time.

 

Requirements:

Candidates should be commercially astute with strong analytical and negotiation skills with 3-5 years of sales experience. Also individuals should have experience within the logistics service industry. A Bachelors degree is preferred and a logistics degree is desired. Strong skills in MS office are a must and knowledge of CRM and WMS is a plus.
